Your workers are very reliable and provide wonderful customer service. Our job had to be done in two parts during the day. The technician let me know when he would return and I got a call from the office informing me when he was on his way back to finish our sidewalk. This made me feel that Mr. Sidewalk understands that everyone’s time is valuable and I was able to run out to tend to my mother in between the job. This was invaluable to me. We are very happy with how our job turned out and the sidewalk looks better than new!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Do yourself a favor and skip the bullshit companies who think they can do driveways, but lack the know how, experience and ethical decency to tell you so. I went through 2 companies before I called on Clayton and his company to save my driveway. I decided to go cheap and it wound up costing me double. Mr. Sidewalk’s bid was very fair, and the skill and professionalism they provided for the project was indeed a sight to behold. Don’t make the mistake I made. Mr. Sidewalk is the right company for anything involving driveways, sidewalks or concrete. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I had a small project but was treated like my project was important to them. From the first phone call to the office to the last receipt for payment of services, Mr. Sidewalk’s team handled the process very professionally. Everyone was very friendly. The price quoted for the project was very fair. The Service Technician and the crew worked quickly and were very knowledgeable about the task they were undertaking. The team went the extra mile to wheelbarrow the cement a longer distance just to be sure not to damage my asphalt driveway. They also did a great job of cleaning up after completing my project. Mr.. Sidewalk agreed to level my tilted A/C unit slabs by my house at a great price, and he said it would be taken care of the next day. His two guys showed up promptly the next day to do a quick and neat job of it and in a very friendly, professional manner.. The slabs now look great by my house. I’m so glad I called on Mr. Sidewalk to take care of this problem!

Every once in a while you run across someone that heads up a company and their word is their bond. An area of our driveway collapsed and I reached to Mr. Sidewalk. After reading my note to them they responded and then came by to look at the problem. They said they could repair it in one day and it would look really good. We once had a over repair guy who told us on the phone that the charge would be $65 and it was but he neglected to tell us that was only for the estimate. He wanted another $500 to repair it. We politely turned down his offer. With Mr. Sidewalk on the date the repair was supposed to start two men showed up with the tools and supplies including sledge hammers and large pry bar. The temperature was right at 103 that day. They went to work and about two hours later they had already repaired the hole, poured the concrete and were buttoning everything up. This may not come across like a big thing when you read it but if you were us and lived here you would think it’s a big thing. All too many times repair companies sound good on the phone and then they don’t follow through, this company kept their word and to us that means something. I am writing today because that probably means something to you too.
